This is a full body athletic training session that builds muscle and endurance, using High interval training,
Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with our certified coach.
As you are led through the class constant feedback is given on sticking to proper form and technique.
Safety and effectiveness is a priority.
For the monthly subscription price you are able to attend all of the Get Fit - Stay Fit classes during your monthly subscription period.
