Our classes are unique in their design.  It is customized to help you prepare to improve your PREP, Shuttle and PIN test. Our coaches will guide you to step out of your comfort zone so you can achieve your goals. Each session is crafted strategically and is regimented by addressing the whole body.

The PIN Test

This is an important step in the recruitment process for a career in law enforcement. It provides a standardized measure of an individual’s flexibility, core endurance, and physical strength, which are essential qualities in many roles. You must achieve a score of at least 75%.

PRICE:  

Your First Aid certification is delivered in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross. Training consists of a comprehensive one or two-day course depending on certification required. Topics covered in the course will align with training requested and may cover first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children and infants, and the proper use of AEDs.

This course meets the requirements for Provincial/Territorial worker safety, Insurance Boards, and includes the most up-to-date First Aid and CPR Guidelines.

The shuttle run

This is an important step in the recruitment process in becoming a police officer. It helps assess agility, speed, and endurance, which are essential qualities in many roles, especially those requiring quick rate of reaction or quick decision-making.

It provides a standardized measure of an individual's ability to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, and sustain effort, making it a valuable tool for evaluating overall fitness and athleticism.

In our program we will evaluate all athletes performance. Help with guiding athletes through shuttle specific training and provide a type of training that will help you develop to reach your goal.

Choose to come on Sunday mornings from 9am to 11am or Thursday nights from 7pm to 8pm
