The Pursuit/Restraint Circuit simulates a police foot chase that includes obstacles, the control of a person who resists arrest and the dragging of an incapacitated person.
Immediately following the 100-metre (332 ft) circuit, you move to the Body Control Simulator and push a pair of handles away from you to raise a 32 kg (70 lb) weight off the floor (Figure 4).
You then move to the Arm Restraint Simulator (Figure 5) and depress the handles on the grips of both arms of the simulator.
Lastly, you grasp a 68-kg (150 lb) dummy and drag it a distance of 15 metres (50 ft).
The 20-metre Shuttle Run (Diagram 2 on page 13) evaluates your aerobic fitnessor work capability for physically demanding policing tasks as well as everyday policing activities.

Package A will provide an opportunity to touch, grab, squeeze, pull, push, jump and run the various components ofthe PREP Test.
Included: One 30 minute practice test experience
Package B will have an applicant go through an entire Prep test module. This module will be filmed. Upon completion, trainer will provide a 30-minute fitness consultation and review with applicant the completed video module. This module will be provided to the applicant for his or her own records.

Package C will have everything in Package A but also include:
ice force and they must pass within the 3 month allotted program.
